Bo: 1 x 0,5 mg/kg iv of sc, evt. met antibioticum- of orale rehydratietherapie (diarree: lft > 1 w)
Su (lft > 2 d): - bewegingsapp: 1 x 0,4 mg/kg im, zo nodig 2de inj na 24 h
- post-operatieve pijn: 1 x 0,4 mg/kg im voor operatie
Ca (lft > 6 w): - bewegingsapp: 1 x 0,2 mg/kg sc, nadien kan meloxicam susp po (0,1 mg/kg, 24 h na inj)
- post-operatieve pijn: 1 x 0,2 mg/kg iv of sc vóór operatie
Fe (lft > 6 w, LG > 2 kg): post-operatieve pijn: 1 x 0,3 mg/kg sc vóór de operatie
